THE PRICE IS RIGHT (though little else):

Given the consistent 100% failure rate of the US in its efforts over the decades to "fight drug trafficking," one must at first glance wonder what the good folks down in Nicaragua have been smoking when they ask for our help. But then again, when one is asking for a handout of one billion bucks the track record of the donor is not really such a critical issue.
